Tips to help food from getting bad fast:
- Add sour like tamrin juice or lemon juice while cooking. (You only need to add 1/4 tsp)
- Adding 1 or 2 tomatoes to the curry while coking.
- Store cooked food in cooler temperatures like cooler.
- Fried items, which does not contain liquid will not get bad fast.
- Use a clean and dry spoon to take out food.
- While transfering food from 1 bowl to another, make sure that the bowl to which you are transfering is clean and dry.
