Tips to help food from getting bad fast:

  1. Add sour like tamrin juice or lemon juice while cooking. (You only need to add 1/4 tsp)
  2. Adding 1 or 2 tomatoes to the curry while coking.
  3. Store cooked food in cooler temperatures like cooler.
  4. Fried items, which does not contain liquid will not get bad fast.
  5. Use a clean and dry spoon to take out food.
  6. While transfering food from 1 bowl to another, make sure that the bowl to which you are transfering is clean and dry.
