Ingredients:

  1. Peanuts
  2. Salt (Optional)

Method:

  1. Take out the peanut seeds from the shell (some supermarkets sell peanut seeds, you can use that).
  2. Pour one layer of seeds on a baking tray and put the tray in the oven.
  3. Bake these seeds at 150 degress celcious for 15 minutes.
  4. Take the tray of seeds out of the oven and let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. With a light hand squeeze the seeds to take out the thin layer of skin on top.
  6. Blow out these skin and serve.
  7. Store this in an airtight container.
