- Salt (Optional)
- Take out the peanut seeds from the shell (some supermarkets sell peanut seeds, you can use that).
- Pour one layer of seeds on a baking tray and put the tray in the oven.
- Bake these seeds at 150 degress celcious for 15 minutes.
- Take the tray of seeds out of the oven and let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
- With a light hand squeeze the seeds to take out the thin layer of skin on top.
- Blow out these skin and serve.
- Store this in an airtight container.
