- 500 grams Fresh Peanut Seeds
- Pinch of Red Chilly Powder
- Pinch of Garlic Paste
- Oil/Butter to fry
- Heat oil in a frypan.
- Pour the peanut seeds in the hot oil and fry it till crisp.
- Add salt, chilly powder and garlic paste and mix well.
- Serve with tea or any other drinks.
- Drain out all oil from the peanuts.
- Store the leftover peanuts in an airtight container.
