Ingredients:

  1. 1 tin tuna
  2. Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  3. 1/4 English cabbage
  4. Jeera
  5. Methi
  6. Sarso
  7. Garlic paste
  8. Tomatoes (2 to 4)
  9. Salt
  10. Chillies (Optional)
  11. Curry Leaves

Method:

  1. Take off the top layer and wash the english cabbage.
  2. Put it on a chopping board and cut the cabbage in thin slices.
  3. Wash the Tomatoes and cut it into small cubes.
  4. Heat oil and splatter in jeera, methi and sarso.
  5. When it starts to get slightly brown, add garlic, curry leaves and onion.
  6. Fry this till garlic turns light brown.
  7. Add tuna and lemon juice fry this till slightly brown.
  8. Add the chopped English cabbage, salt and tomatoes.
  9. Cook till its tender.
  10. Drain out any excess oil.
  11. Serve with rice, roti and chutney.
