Ingredients:

  1. 1 kg Bitter Guard
  2. Water

Method:

  1. Wash the bitter gourd and cut it into thin round slices.
  2. Spread it on a tray and put it in hot sun till its dry.
  3. Store this dried bitter gourd in a clean dry container.
  4. Pour 1/1/2 Cup of water and 6 pieces of bitter gourd in a pot
  5. Boil it for 10 minutes
  6. Serve and sereve in a cup

Notes:

  • You can add 1 cm cubed fresh ginger while boiling to give ginger aroma.
  • This medicine is very strong so the patient needs to take it only once or twice a week. ¬†Otherwise you may get low sugar in blood.
