- 1 kg Bitter Guard
- Wash the bitter gourd and cut it into thin round slices.
- Spread it on a tray and put it in hot sun till its dry.
- Store this dried bitter gourd in a clean dry container.
- Pour 1/1/2 Cup of water and 6 pieces of bitter gourd in a pot
- Boil it for 10 minutes
- Serve and sereve in a cup
- You can add 1 cm cubed fresh ginger while boiling to give ginger aroma.
