Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups Freshly squeezes Lemon Juice.
  2. 3 Cups Chillies
  3. Garlic 1 tbsp
  4. Roasted Jeera Powder 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and add jeera powder and garlic.
  2. When garlic start to get light brown, pour in lemon juice.
  3. Let this mixture come to boiling and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Cool this mixture and add chillies.
  5. Serve this preserved chillies with other food especially rice and curry.
