- 4 cups Freshly squeezes Lemon Juice.
- 3 Cups Chillies
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Roasted Jeera Powder 1 tbsp
- Heat oil and add jeera powder and garlic.
- When garlic start to get light brown, pour in lemon juice.
- Let this mixture come to boiling and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Cool this mixture and add chillies.
- Serve this preserved chillies with other food especially rice and curry.
