- 2 Radish
- Vinegar 1 cup
- Peel off the radish skin with a vegetable peeler.
- Slices it into 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide pieces
- Wash the radish and sun dry it till all water is evaporated.
- In a glass jar, Pour vinegar and add the carrots.
- Tighten the lid and leave it aside for about 2 days.
- Serve with food as pickles.
