Ingredients:

  1. 1 Chinese Cabbage
  2. 3 standard cups Flour
  3. Finely chopped Coriander leaves
  4. Green chillies diced
  5. Ghee/oil
  6. Hot Water
  7. Salt

Method:

  1. Wash the chinese cabbage and finely grate it.
  2. Add Flour, Chillies and coriander leaves, Chinese cabbage and salt in a bowl and mix.
  3. Add Littel portions of water in the mixture and make it into roti dough.
  4. Take little portions of dough and using a rolling board and rolling pin, Make it into roti shape.
  5. Heat a frypan/tawa and cook both the sides like roti.
  6. Serve with curry.

Note:

  • You can apply Ghee or Butter on both the sides of roti when its cooking on the frypan.
