- 1 big Fresh fish
- Garlic Paste
- Take off the scales from the fish.
- Make a Straight Cut in the stomach and take out all the waste from inside.
- Cut off the head and wash it nicely. Making sure that all the waste from the stomach is removed.
- Cut the fish in smaller pieces .
- Coat fish with Masala, Garlic, Tumeric and salt. Mix well
- Heat Oil in a frypan and deep fry the fish.
