- Suji/Sujee/Semolina/Rava 250g
- Mustard Seeds
- Oil 2tbsp
- Curry leaves
- Water 2 1/2 cups
- Green Chillies Diced
- Heat Oil and fry Mustard seeds, Curry leaves, Green Chillies till light brown.
- Add in Semolina and stirr for 5 minutes.
- Add water and salt and cook till all water is dry and semolina is cooked.
- Serve in a dish
