Ingredients:

  1. Suji/Sujee/Semolina/Rava 250g
  2. Mustard Seeds
  3. Oil 2tbsp
  4. Curry leaves
  5. Salt
  6. Water 2 1/2 cups
  7. Green Chillies Diced

Method:

  1. Heat Oil and fry Mustard seeds,  Curry leaves, Green Chillies till light brown.
  2. Add in Semolina and stirr for 5 minutes.
  3. Add water and salt and cook till all water is dry and semolina is cooked.
  4. Serve in a dish
