Ingrediens:

  1. 4 cups Sajan leaves
  2. Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  3. Onion (sliced into small pieses)
  4. Salt
  5. Oil 5 tbsp
  6. Chillies

Method:

  1. Separate the leaves from the leave stock.
  2. Wash the bhaji and cut it into small pieces.
  3. Heat oil and splatter in a few pieces of onion.
  4. Afrer a few seconds add garlic and fry till light brown.
  5. Add bhaji and salt. And cook till tender.
  6. Drain out any remaining oil.
  7. Serve the curry with roti or rice or other food.
