- 4 cups Sajan leaves
- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Onion (sliced into small pieses)
- Oil 5 tbsp
- Separate the leaves from the leave stock.
- Wash the bhaji and cut it into small pieces.
- Heat oil and splatter in a few pieces of onion.
- Afrer a few seconds add garlic and fry till light brown.
- Add bhaji and salt. And cook till tender.
- Drain out any remaining oil.
- Serve the curry with roti or rice or other food.
