Ingredients:

  1. Rock melon
  2. Sugar

Method:

  1. Wash the rock melon. Cut into halves and take out the seeds.
  2. Peel off the skin.
  3. Cut it into small cubes.
  4. Pour it in a dish and sprinkle sugar over it.
  5. Put it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours and serve cold.
  6. You can also serve with ice cream.
