- 1/2 cup porridge
- 1 tbsp ghee/butter
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 Onion
- 2-3 cups water
- Heat ghee in a frypan and pour porridge and fry it till light brown.
- Pour water, onion, salt and boil for 3-5 minutes.
This kind of porridge is not sweet so it can be served to those who have diabetese. But its yummy.
