Ingredients:

  1. 1 Onion
  2. Gralic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Jeera 1 tbsp
  4. Methi about 4 seeds
  5. Salt
  6. Oil 1/2 cup
  7. Curry leaves

Method:

  1. Wash the mixed vegetables.
  2. Heat oil and splatter in methi.
  3. Let methi get brown than add a few pieces of onion and jeera.
  4. Add half of the garlic when onion starts to get brown.
  5. Fry garlic till it is brown and Add Mixed Vegetable,  salt and curry leaves.
  6. When the Mixed  is fried, add the remaining garlic and onion.
  7. Fry for Few minutes till its Brownish.
  8. Drain out excess oil and serve with other food. Yummy with roti.
