Ingredients:

  1. Coconuts
  2. Chilly
  3. Onions
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Salt
  6. Lemon

Method:

  1. Scrap the coconuts.
  2. Squeez out the juice from coconut
  3. Use the sieve to sieve out the small pieces of coconut flesh.
  4. Cut Onions, Tomatoes and chillies in small cubes.
  5. Add the onions, Tomatoes, Chillies and salt to the coconut milk.
  6. Mix well and serve with Moca or spinarch.

You can prepare Moca or Spinarch as follows:

Ingredients:

  1. Moca leaves or spinarch
  2. Salt
  3. Water

Method:

  1. Put water in a pot and boil
  2. Add the green moca leaves to boiling water and simmer for 2 minutes. If you are using spinach than simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain out the water and serve with michi.
