Ingredents:

  1. 1 cup tulsi leaves
  2. 2 cups water
  3. 2-4 tbsp honey
  4. 1 tbsp grated or grounded ginger

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in a handi and boil till tulsi leaves are tender.
  2. Sieve and drink 1 to 2 spoons 3 times a day.
