- Half ripe Mangoes
- Butter or Ghee
- Peel the Mangoes and wash it.
- Heat butter and splatter in jeera.
- After few seconds add garlic and chillies.
- Fry this till garlic is light brown.
- Add mangoes and stirr.
- After a few seconds, pour in water.
- cook till mango is tender.
- Add sugar and simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve in a dish.
