1. Choraya bhaji (Moca) 1 bundle
  2. EggPlants 3 peces
  3. Salt
  4. Chillies 5 to 6
  5. Garlic whole peeled 3 cloves
  6. Tomatoes 2 large
  7. Lemon Juice (Optional)
  8. Oil 2 tbsp


  1. Wash Moca and drain all water.
  2. Peel the skin of eggplant and slice it into small pieces.
  3. Heat Oil in a frypan and add chillies and Garlic cloves and fry till light brown.
  4. Add moca and stirr it for a while.
  5. Add sliced eggplant and sliced Tomatoes and stirr.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Cook till eggplant and moca is tender and there is no liquid left.
  8. Take it off the heat and with your spoon or rolling pin mesh the cooked vegetable (Taste a little of your cooked vegetable, if its not sour, add lemon juice).
  9. Once it is meshed, put it back on heat and cook for another few minutes.
  10. Serve hot with cooked rice or roti.
