- split Peas dried 1 cup
- Oil to fry
- Chilly Paste
- Gralic paste 1 tsp
- Soak the split peas in water overnight.
- Drain out all the water from the peas and roll in a clean hand towl to make it dry.
- Heat oil in a fry pan and deep fry the peas till crispy.
- Take it out of oil and add chillies, garlic and salt.
- Mix well and serve with tea, coffee or juice.
