Ingredients:

  1. Seeds from 1 pumkin
  2. Salt to taste
  3. pounded chillies (as desired)
  4. 2 cloves of garlic.
  5. Oil to fry

Method:

  1. Cut one nice ripe Pumkin and take out all the seeds.
  2. Wash the seeds and dry it.
  3. Heat oil in a frypan and fry the Pumkin seeds till golden brown.
  4. Drain out all the oil or wipe the seeds in a cloth if possible.
  5. Pound the garlic and chillies.
  6. Add the chillies, garlic and salt.
  7. have as snacks with tea.

Note:

This tastes like peanuts. If you like peanuts you will surely like this fried pumkin seeds. Its also very nutritious.
