1. Peas dried 1 cup
  2. Salt
  3. Oil to fry
  4. Chilly Paste
  5. Gralic paste 1 tsp


  1. Soak the peas in water overnight.
  2. Drain out all the water from the peas and roll in a clean hand towl to make it dry.
  3. Heat oil in a fry pan and deep fry the peas till crispy.
  4. Take it out of oil and add chillies, garlic and salt.
  5. Mix well and serve with tea, coffee or juice.

You can also use fresh peas instead of dried peas if it is fresh pease, than you dont need to soak in water.
