Ingredients:

  1. 6 fresh eggplant medium sized.
  2. 1 large Onion
  3. Gralic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Jeera 1 tbsp
  5. Methi about 5 seeds
  6. Salt
  7. Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Cut the stock of baigan and wash it.
  2. Cut the egg plant in thin long slices.
  3. Heat oil and splatter in methi.
  4. Let methi get brown than add a few pieces of onion and jeera.
  5. Add half of the garlic when onion starts to get brown.
  6. Fry garlic till it is brown and Add eggplant and salt.
  7. when eggplant is tender, add the remaining garlic and onion.
  8. Cook till eggplant is fried.
  9. Drain out excess oil and serve with other food. Yummy with roti.
