- Boiled dalo (You can see the boil Dalo Recipes on my site)
- Oil/Ghee/ Butter
- Cup the dalo in chips like shape.
- Pour Oil in a fry pan and heat it.
- Pour the dalo slice in oil and sprinkle some salt over it.
- Deep fry the chips. Cook till golden brown.
- Serve with soft drinks, tea, or coffee.
You can use the following as a dip:
- Tomato chutney
- Tomato Sauce
- Tamrin Chutney
