- brown coconut.
- cloves of Garlic
- Fresh Chillies
- Coriender leaves 3 stocks
- Jeera 1 tsp
- Unhusk a brown coconut, break it into half and take out the water.
- Scrape the coconut with a coconut scrapper.
- Take off the skin from the garlic.
- Wash the corriander leaves and cut it into pieces.
- Roast jeera in a fry pan on low heat, keep stirring while roasting.
- Add all these ingredients into a Blender and blend it well.
- Serve this with other food.
