Ingrediens:

  1. 1 bundle bhaji
  2. Tomatoes (2 to 4 large)
  3. Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  4. Onion (sliced into small pieses)
  5. Salt
  6. Oil 3 tbsp
  7. Chillies

Method:

  1. Wash the bhaji and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
  3. Heat oil and splatter in a few pieces of onion.
  4. Afrer a few seconds add garlic and fry till light brown.
  5. Add bhaji tomatoes and salt. And cook till tender.
  6. Drain out any remaining oil.
  7. Serve the curry with roti or rice or other food.
