Ingredients:

  1. 4 egg plants
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. chillies
  4. 1/4 Onion
  5. 1 tbsp ghee (optional)
  6. Salt
  7. Corriander leaves 2 stocks/branches (optional)

Method:

  1. Peel the eggplant and wrap in foil.
  2. Bake these eggplants in medium heat oven
    till it is soft.
  3. Take it out of the oven and cool it and mesh it.
  4. Peel and Ground the garlic and add it to the baked eggplant.
  5. Also Ground the chillies and add it to the baked eggplant.
  6. Cut the onion into small cubes and add it to the eggplant.
  7. Wash the corriander leaves, cup it into small pieces and
    pound it and add it to the eggplant.
  8. Add salt and ghee and mix well.
  9. Serve with other food.
