Ingredients:

  1. 3 fresh ripe Tomatoes
  2. 1 small English Cabbage
  3. Fresh Chillies
  4. Salt
  5. 1/4 Onion
  6. 1 Capsicum

Method:

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut the tops. Slice the tomatoes in half and take out the seeds. Chopp these tomatoes into small cubes
  2. Take about a 1/4 of english cabbage and shred it into thin long pieces.
  3. Take a quarter of Onion and cut it in small cubes.
  4. Cut the Capsicum in halves and take out the seeds, chop the capsicum in small cubes.
  5. Chop the fresh chillies in small pieces.
  6. Mix the chopped tomatoes, cabbage, onion, capsicum, chillies and salt.
  7. Put this in fridge for about half an hour and serve with other food.

Tips:

  1. Removing the seeds prevents the salad from being sour.
  2. Some people cannot eat tomatoes because they have gastrities, removing the seeds solves this problem.
  3. If you don’t eat hot food, than don’t add chillies (chillies are optional).
  4. This is very healthy.
