Ingredients:

  1. Fresh Tuna Fish 1000g
  2. Lemon Juice 5 tbsp
  3. Coconut cream 5 cups
  4. 8 Tomatoes
  5. 3 Cucumber
  6. 1 Big Onion
  7. Salt
  8. Iced water 1 cup

Method:

  1. Take out the Fish scales, intestine, head and bones. Wash the fish and cut it in 1 inch cubes.
  2. Slice Tomatoes, cucumber and onions.
  3. Merinate the pieces in lemon juice for 5 minutes.
  4. Add coconut milk, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Onions and Salt. Mix well. The coconut milk should be concentrated and not contain water.
  5. Add iced water and mix well.
  6. Serve with other food.
