Ingredients:

  1. Fresh Fish 3 kg
  2. 3 Cup coconut Milk
  3. 1 Onion
  4. Salt
  5. Chillies
  6. Charcoals for roasting

Method:

  1. Take out the fish scales, Intestine and head. Wash the fish clean
  2. Make a fire to get live coals.
  3. Chop Onions and Chilies in small pieces.
  4. Add Onions, Chillies and Salt to Coconut Milk.
  5. Roast the fish over the charcoals.
  6. When the fish is roasted over the coals, take it out of the fire and add it to Coconut milk mixture.
  7. Cover the coconut milk after you have added the fish and serve after 5 minutes when the fish have soaked the coconut milk.
