- 4 Eggs
- 2 Clove Garlic paste
- 1/4 Onion finely diced
- Pinch of Salt
- Butter 100g
- Sliced Bread
- Boil the eggs and take out the shells.
- Mesh the eggs.
- Add diced Onion, garlic paste, salt, and 4 tsp butter to meshed eggs and mix well.
- Butter the bread.
- Put egg mixture on the buttered bread and cover it up with another slice.
- Serve with brinks.
- Optional: Sliced cucumber and Sliced Tomatoes.
- This can be a very good breakfast menu.
